Our organization is seeking an experienced Technical Expert to support the delivery of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical training materials, communicating with internal IT partners, and providing consultation on implementations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage technical training materials to support the delivery of WMS solutions.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships between internal IT partners to enable regional growth of WMS experts.">
  • Provide technical consultation to the WMS CoE Strategy and Design team around the capabilities of the product.">
  • Review and manage the development process for training analysis and product development.">
  • Oversee the analysis, development, and publication of data documentation in line with the different WMS products.">
  • Identify and raise any risks associated with potential changes.">
  • Deliver project schedules and budgets.">
  • Coordinate internal and external resources as needed.">
  • Act as an ambassador and expert for the WMS CoE Products within the organization.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related areas.">
  • Ten plus year experience in supply chain management from a systems and operational perspective.">
  • Extensive experience with logistics software from a technical configuration perspective.">
  • Minimum 5 years experience of project delivery and management.">
