Comprehensive Family Medicine Physician Role

This is a comprehensive role that requires a skilled Family Medicine Physician to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using technology, and possess a passion for human-centered primary care.
- Manage a patient panel with varied needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Collaborate with virtual clinical teams and in-office teammates via daily huddles to enhance patient outcomes.
- Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures and improve patient satisfaction.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.

- Utilize your specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures and improve patient satisfaction.
- Hold an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program completion or enrollment.
- Have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+).
- Be Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of starting date.
- State licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, obtained before the start date.
- Possess a passion for human-centered primary care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Effectively utilize technology to deliver high-quality care and exhibit clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Exhibit a desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery and demonstrate openness to feedback and reflection.
This is a full-time role based in Rye, NY. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will work collaboratively as part of our dynamic team to provide exceptional patient care.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $200,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
