Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Specialist to fill a critical role in our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all governing requirements and internal standards.
  • Develop daily operational plans for upcoming activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Verify the validity of technical certifications and ensure they are accessible at all times.
  • Guarantee that all personnel are adequately trained to handle emergencies.
  • Inspect emergency equipment regularly and ensure it is functioning correctly.
  • Act promptly on and report any non-compliance issues to supervisors.
  • Conduct training and competence assessments as required.
  • Maintain high standards of tidiness and cleanliness.
Additional Duties
  • Provide clear daily instructions to direct reports.
  • Lead by example, spending time in the field and monitoring daily activities.
  • Manage logbooks accurately and update them according to requirements.
  • Deliver thorough handovers during each shift change.
  • Train subordinates to take on higher responsibilities.
