Job Role OverviewThis position is responsible for carrying out various tasks in the workplace. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality control, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of OHSE management and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform level 1 preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment functionality.
- Carry out operations as defined in working instructions.
- Control quality of produced pieces according to production program.
- Achieve targets for productivity rates and quality levels in specific workplace.
- Take part in initial shift and monthly meetings.
- Suggest improvements to day-to-day operations.
- Train new employees when necessary.
- Secondary or Vocational education.
- Fluent in local language.
- Basic knowledge of OHSE management.
