Strategic Innovation Specialist

This is a remote position where you will conduct market research to identify innovation opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and validate new product concepts, and support the design and execution of experiments, MVPs, and pilots.
You will also monitor industry trends, emerging technologies relevant to our business, develop business cases to support new product initiatives, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic alignment, and prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, strategy in the financial area;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks;
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment;
- Passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centric design;
- Basic knowledge of Microservices, SaaS, APIs, and cloud-native solutions;
- Knowledge of design thinking, lean startup, or jobs-to-be-done frameworks;
- Spanish Advanced Level.
