Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and virtualization. Experience with Golang and C programming languages is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop colleagues in their career progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using LXD and MicroCloud
  • Mentoring and developing colleagues in their career progression
  • Developing software applications in Golang and C
  • Reviewing code produced by other engineers
  • Ensuring product security and performance

Requirements:

  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM field
  • Drive and a track record of exceeding expectations
  • Technical leadership and team motivation, direction, and pace
  • Well-organized and self-starting with ability to deliver to schedule
