  • Develop and oversee the entry criteria and standards for 3PL partners across different cities and countries.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies against competitors to align and enhance our 3PL access strategies.
  • Establish comprehensive criteria for 3PL entry, assessment, and rider evaluation standards.
  • Identify potential 3PL leads through various channels such as Google Ads and other marketing platforms. Develop effective screening processes to select the best partners for collaboration.
  • Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to assess and improve 3PL performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Over three years of experience in compliance management or strategic operations, preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with international partners and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making would be a plus.
  • Motivation and Learning: Demonstrates strong self-motivation, excellent learning capabilities, teamwork, and a willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and open to working abroad.
