We are looking for a Talent Growth Specialist to join our People and Culture team at Refuge.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a blended approach to learning, organizing and analysing data, and solving problems with a solution-focused approach.

About the Role

This role involves providing a range of learning opportunities to support the development of our staff. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This will involve working with various stakeholders to gather information and develop reports to inform business decisions.

You will also use your problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find creative solutions.
