System Data Specialist

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations Team. This position will provide operational support for our various HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate data, and providing Workday support with a focus on reporting, absence configuration, and business process optimization.

• Maintain daily operations and process tasks within Workday, including loading inbound EIBs, time off and leave plans, accrual adjustments, creating new locations, updating job profiles and salary ranges.
• Improve the quality of our HR systems, including Workday, Ashby, CloudPay, and ADP WorkForceNow.
• Develop and maintain HR business processes, create reports and dashboards to drive manager, employee, and HRBP self-service globally.
• Create, update, and assist with training, user guides, system workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting.
• Engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions.
• Participate in HRIS projects related to process improvement, new functionalities, process upgrades, from requirement gathering, configuration, and testing through rollout stages.

• Experience with Workday required, preferably in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to analyze configurations and thoroughly test solutions.
• Action-oriented self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys ambiguity, and collaborates well.
