Senior Java Developer Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of efficient systems while maintaining top-level security and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to build and maintain large-scale software systems.
  • Design and Architecture: Prepare architectural designs aligned with project specifications and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation to support development initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Tech Talent Management: Oversee the growth and development of junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on architecture and leadership.
  • Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in GCP tools, including Dataflow, Big Table, Big Query, Firestore, and Containers.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java 11+, Apache Avro, and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Communication: Excellent English fluency at B2+/C1 level and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Nice to Have:
  • Additional Tools and Technologies: Competency in Apache Beam, Maven, and JUnit 5, as well as familiarity with Sonar and Git for optimizing development practices.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart for team collaboration and strategic planning.
