We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers and architects in the design, development, and delivery of complex web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of senior engineers and architects in the design, development, and delivery of complex web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
- Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow professionally and personally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is always using best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in web engineering management, with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in web development frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
