Job Title: Tax Analyst

• Job Overview

  We are seeking a skilled Tax Analyst to join our team. As a Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex tax data, supporting compliance and reporting efforts, and driving forward strategic initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities

  1. Extract, analyze, and visualize tax-related data to support global compliance, planning, and reporting.

  2. Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key tax metrics and trends.

  3. Build forward-looking tax forecast models to support strategic business decisions.

  4. Automate data flows and reporting processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and scalability.

  5. Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with tax policies globally.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product teams to deliver actionable insights.

  • Translate complex tax data into compelling narratives to support decision-making at the leadership level.

• Global Tax Support

  • Contribute to global tax planning and reporting initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

  • Monitor evolving tax regulations and assess their impact on business operations.

• Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field is required.

  • Advanced degrees (JD, MBA, or Master's in Taxation) are a strong plus.

  • Prior experience in a tax, accounting, or financial analysis role; experience with global tax compliance is highly desirable.

  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills; experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tax technology tools, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), and financial databases.

  • A strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
