We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of data systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams to build systems tailored to the needs of scientists, professionals, and engineers involved in R&D, Manufacturing, and other workflows.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories, functional specifications, and scope documents.
- Demonstrate strong skills in collecting and documenting requirements, including user stories, functional specifications, and scope documents.
- Lead collaborative design sessions and facilitate discussions to translate business needs into detailed system designs.
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent English communication skills around technical and non-technical topics.
- Experience with Project Management/planning tools, such as JIRA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Smartsheet.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience with dashboarding tools, validated computer systems, database design, querying languages, and ISO:9001 compliance.
