Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our financial, accounting, and tax management operations across Latin America.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to leverage their skills and expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, with a proven track record of success in regional leadership roles.

They will be responsible for overseeing budget planning and control, consolidating regional financial statements, generating financial analyses, and ensuring tax and legal compliance in each country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections across the region.
  • Implement and strengthen internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic support for expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and business closures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • MBA or postgraduate studies in Finance, International Accounting, or Financial Management preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in regional leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations across LATAM countries.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
