Junior Solutions Engineer Role Overview

This role is for a junior solutions engineer who will work closely with the customer success team to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions, ensuring timely implementation and deployment of initiatives.

As a junior solutions engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, software engineering, and customer experience. You will work with our cloud-based environments, including AWS, and have hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using REST API services, knowledge of SQL queries, and familiarity with cloud-based environments. A bachelor's degree in computer software or an engineering field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
  • Ensure timely implementation and deployment of initiatives
  • Work closely with the customer success team
  • Develop skills in project management, software engineering, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a solution engineer role or customer support role
  • Previous experience integrating systems
  • Experience with software engineering, customer experience, and design architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in computer software or an engineering field (preferred)
  • Direct, hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong background in using REST API services
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments, including AWS
  • Familiarity with constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases
