As a skilled technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for various online services.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures to quickly identify issues and replace faulty components with minimal disruption.
- Verify that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols and deployment standards.
- Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes following standard procedures.
- Communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate management units and engineering specialists.
- Assist and provide guidance to other technicians to complete challenging or complex tasks.
- Complete required training aligned to the role and workload.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information with others and staying apprised of the status of others' work.
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- Ability to work on-site in Campinas.
- Business level fluency in English.
- Ability to work shifts, including non-standard business hours.
