Job Title: Principal Supply Chain, Long Term Network Planning

The Long Term Network planning team at Amazon is seeking a talented Principal Supply Chain individual contributor to create solutions that optimize multi-year network topology design and Supply Chain planning processes for the Brazil network.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead mid to long-term FC and Trans network planning and process standardization.
  2. Define the best Network Topology solution by leveraging optimization tool sets to find answers for critical strategic questions.
  3. Actively work to remove bottlenecks and create scalable mechanisms and best practices.
  4. Communicate and drive long term initiatives, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities.
  5. Manage various planning cycles timelines and deliverables.
  6. Lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new features and tools service that meet cost optimization and delivery experience maximization goals.
  7. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the process/solution by performing continuous benchmarking with developed countries network.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Supply chain experience.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working cross functionally across several teams.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements.
  • Experience with a supply chain software/tool such as, but not limited to, Llamasoft, SAP APO, Manugistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
  • Experience delivering cross functional projects.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
  • Experience with SQL.
