Job Description:

The VRO Lead, North America will report directly to the VRO Head. This role requires collaboration with senior ABS and Aon collaborators to define, facilitate, and manage portfolio investment planning, program delivery assurance and value realization across one or more solution lines / capabilities and/or functional areas.

Primary focus includes delivering tangible business value from ABS capabilities and investments including growth and margin. The role requires proactive collaboration across the matrix of Solution Lines, Regions, and other global ABS capabilities to prioritize and has responsibility for value delivery for the assigned portfolio.

A key aspect of this role is to work with leadership to understand the business / function strategy and align current and proposed ABS enabling initiatives and investments accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners / collaborators and peers, including TMOs.
  • Evaluate the portfolio / road map and help develop plans for implementing the roadmap.
  • Advise and oversee initiatives using established VRO stage gate processes from idea through discovery, business case approval, program delivery and value realization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Define business targets, benefits realization processes to measure progress, and regular reporting on the achieved delivery, value, and benefits to collaborators.
