Funções e Responsabilidades

  • Colaboração em Desenvolvimento: Trabalhar com equipes de desenvolvimento para apoiar e sustentar o ambiente em nuvem AWS, garantindo integração com sistemas existentes.
  • Administração de Serviços Cloud:
    • Configurar e gerenciar serviços AWS, incluindo servidores virtuais, redes, bancos de dados e soluções de armazenamento.
    • Manter o ambiente AWS alinhado com os requisitos do projeto, monitorando performance e disponibilidade dos sistemas e implementando ajustes e otimizações conforme necessário.
  • Segurança em Nuvem:
    • Implementar e manter medidas de segurança para proteger dados e recursos na nuvem, garantindo aderência a padrões de segurança e requisitos de compliance aplicáveis.
  • Suporte Técnico e Resolução de Problemas:
    • Fornecer suporte técnico, diagnosticando e solucionando problemas relacionados à infraestrutura em nuvem.
  • Apoio à Operação e Gerenciamento de Recursos:
    • Participar do ciclo de implantação e gestão dos serviços, monitorando desempenho, eficiência, custos e planejamento de capacidade para atender a demandas operacionais.
  • Documentação e Compartilhamento de Conhecimento:
    • Produzir documentação técnica de alta qualidade, diagramas e apresentações, promovendo o compartilhamento de conhecimento com a equipe.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Superior Completo em tecnologia, ciência da computação e/ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência prática com a plataforma AWS, incluindo serviços como servidores virtuais, bancos de dados, armazenamento, redes e segurança;
  • Certificação AWS Certified Solutions Architect ou Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator será um diferencial;
  • Habilidade em automação de infraestrutura usando ferramentas como Terraform, CloudFormation ou Ansible;
  • Conhecimento em ITIL;
  • Conhecimento em programação e scripts, especialmente em Python, PowerShell ou Shell Script, para automação de tarefas e gerenciamento de infraestrutura;
  • Sólido entendimento de redes e segurança da informação, incluindo protocolos de rede, firewalls, VPNs, autenticação e criptografia;
  • Experiência em monitoramento e observabilidade dos sistemas, garantindo a estabilidade e performance do ambiente em nuvem;
  • Conhecimento em virtualização e contêineres, como Docker e Kubernetes;
  • Habilidades de resolução de problemas, com capacidade de identificar e corrigir questões relacionadas à infraestrutura em nuvem;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas de desenvolvimento e suporte;
  • Autonomia, proatividade e disposição para aprendizado contínuo.
