- Building prototypes using React/Tailwind or Flutter for frontend development.
- Applying production experience with RAG, vector databases, and evaluation systems for AI applications.
- Designing and implementing data pipeline architectures for medical AI solutions.
- Collaborating closely with medical teams to translate clinical requirements into effective AI solutions.
- 2-5 years of experience in AI application development with a focus on backend technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results quickly.
- Familiarity with top AI companies and understanding of industry standards.
- Strong expertise in Python microservices (FastAPI) and LLM orchestration (LangChain, CrewAI).
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, APIs, RAG, and vector databases.
- Openness to working on-site in Sao Paulo or Medellin.
