Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimize our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage daily, medium, and long-term planning/scheduling of shop operations aligned with customer requirements.
  • Work with shop operations to maximize workforce utilization and project hours efficiency.
  • Implement data-driven scheduling methods to ensure timely delivery while maintaining productivity and cost controls.
  • Maintain monthly production charts and report on expected billing for the quarter.
  • Contribute to process improvements by analyzing engineering schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field (desired).
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Experience in order management, inventory optimization, asset utilization, and management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or SAP and MRP functionality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution, sense of urgency, and high level of organization.
