• Carry out cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services.
• Promote products by identifying customers' needs.
• Advise customers on collections and in-store cobbler services.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain high standards according to guidelines.
• Embody brand projects with passion and effective product knowledge.
• Guarantee proper storytelling by understanding the brand values.
• Communicate product knowledge and describe items and customization options accurately.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred.
• An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professionalism.
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Other language is an asset.
