Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operations and Support Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data center operations and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, operating, and monitoring high-availability data centers using various technologies such as VXRail Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the health of our data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.

They will work closely with our team to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data Center Operations: Experience in managing, operating, and monitoring high-availability data centers using various technologies such as VXRail Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.
  • Infrastructure Management: Knowledge of server, storage, and network devices, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and stakeholders.
