About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Veterinary Consultant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Veterinary Affairs Team, you will be responsible for executing an integrated program to strengthen our engagement with the Veterinary Community.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute visit schedules for veterinarian clinics and hospitals to provide nutritional education and maximize reach and effectiveness of our products.
- Identify, engage, and actively visit relevant clients (veterinarian clinics and hospitals) to build relationships and provide strategic initiatives to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Participate in Hill's external events at national/regional/specialized conferences to build relationships, provide insights to veterinarians, and influence conference attendees to recommend and sell Hill's products.
- Support sales through continuous training of the field team (Distributor and Hill's teams) and act as a technical liaison (in-person or virtual).
- Work closely with sales team (BDEs and Distributors') to develop plans to address regional opportunities focusing on leverage Hill's presence and sellout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- Experience in the pet market.
- Master's degree, residency, or postgraduate studies within veterinary area.
- English skills (intermediate).
- Driver's license B.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
