Mental Wellness Specialist

Empower clients to improve their mental well-being and achieve personal growth through personalized video sessions. This flexible role allows individuals to set their own schedule, making it an ideal complement to existing careers or private practices.

Your Role:
  • Provide professional mental health coaching for clients.
  • Focusing on non-clinical cases such as work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
  • Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals.
Requirements:
  • Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches.
  • Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and the local language.
