About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Specialist to join our Global Performance team in São Paulo, Brazil.
Job Purpose
As a key member of our team, you will partner with our Brazil MD and LT to drive market performance by cascading strategic objectives and managing performance processes. You will be responsible for setting goals, managing performance frameworks, and connecting performance to talent development cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the performance partner for the Brazil LT and their teams.
- Owner of the Management by Objectives (MBO) program for Brazil.
- Responsible for all MBO processes: cascade, dashboard checks, MBO updates, KPI definitions, and MBO committee.
- Coach leaders and teams to implement performance frameworks and processes.
- Bridge global, zone, and market functions to ensure partnership and alignment of objectives, KPIs, and performance processes.
- Owner of the Championships (if applicable) under their area(s). Responsible to support the development and execution of the program.
- Guarantee that the KPIs owned in Brazil and their controls are always updated and reflecting business results.
Requirements
- Interest in and experience of performance management systems, tools, and frameworks or experience in operational improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to work with senior leaders in the company.
- Diligence and attention to detail to ensure that controls are maintained and standards are upheld given the impact on employee compensation in an audited environment.
- Improvement and growth mindset to challenge the status quo and identify improvement opportunities.
