We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex SAP implementations, driving successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams in proposal development, project roll-outs, and pre-sales processes.
- Foster open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, resolving escalations efficiently.
- Mentor junior project managers, providing guidance on project issues and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 14 years of experience in Project Management, focusing on SAP full implementation and roll-outs.
- Strong understanding of S/4 Hana and SAP Technical background.
- PMP Certification required.
- Fluent English and intermediate Spanish language skills.
- Excellent soft skills, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
