Strategic Planning Executive

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strategic focus for business planning teams through benchmarking and best practice implementation.
• Bring timely information to improve overall performance and identify key opportunities and threats affecting divisions.
• Develop strategies to enhance competitiveness and business performance, leveraging financial knowledge to drive result-oriented tasks.
• Manage, coach, and develop the planning team, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales and operations peers.
• Monitor and steer actual sales levels, forecast accuracy, and service levels, representing Business Planning in regional meetings.
• Develop collaboration with key supply chain peers and lead monthly Demand Reviews.
• Continuously search for process improvements with sales planners, production plants, and suppliers.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales.
• Advanced language skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), APO/SAP/ERP, and BI.
• Great negotiator and communication skills.
• High level of engagement, proactivity, and willingness to break the status quo.
