Administrative Support Role

The Class Coordinator position involves providing administrative assistance to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, and maintaining records and databases.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Coordinate assessment delivery, plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (C1+) is essential, with other languages being an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education, is desired.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, are essential.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves coordinating various aspects of the program, including:

  1. Supporting academic staff and faculty with administrative tasks.
  2. Managing course schedules and maintaining records and databases.
  3. Providing excellent customer service to students, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Monitoring student enrollment and progress, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.
  5. Coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to enhance student learning and engagement.
