We are seeking an experienced back-end engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance systems.
This role requires a strong foundation in C# and .NET Core / .NET 7+, as well as expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and RESTful API development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering complex features with autonomy and technical ownership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Design and deliver complex features with autonomy and technical ownership.
- Collaborate and propose solutions that drive the architecture forward.
- Review and refine code to maintain quality and consistency.
- Document clearly to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern architecture, design patterns, and data structures, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Additionally, they will have strong written and verbal English communication skills and a continuous learning attitude.
Key Skills:- C# and .NET Core / .NET 7+
- Microservices architecture
- Event-driven systems
- RESTful API development
- Database management (PostgreSQL experience is a plus)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions experience is a plus)
- AWS and containerization (Docker and/or Kubernetes services)
