A Solutions Architect for API Integration will collaborate with key clients to design and manage their technical integration with our APIs, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup.
This role requires a unique combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to manage operations, sales, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar client-facing technical role, preferably within API-based platforms, B2B SaaS, logistics tech, or marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Technical Onboarding: Partner with key clients to architect and manage their technical integration with our APIs.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, advising them on optimal ways to leverage our API features.
- Translate and Advocate: Decode and translate complex client requirements and workflows into clear, actionable user stories.
The successful candidate will have exceptional listening, presentation, and whiteboarding skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively with both technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders.
Requirements:- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Developer Advocate, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Problem-Solving and Translation Skills: Demonstrated talent for deconstructing ambiguous business problems and designing elegant technical solutions.
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or last-mile delivery is a significant advantage.
