Job Description\

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our procurement team in a key role that drives business growth, cost savings, and risk mitigation. The Procurement Transformation Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with the Procurement Team to achieve strategic objectives, working closely with all procurement sub-teams and leaders to implement our strategy across various dimensions.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Manage and monitor procurement performance KPIs across Regional Category Teams and Center of Excellence hubs.
  • Facilitate monthly scorecard reviews with regional procurement leaders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the Procurement transformation and digitalization journey by developing and maintaining constructive relationships with colleagues and management.
\Job Requirements\
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, science/engineering, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and financial concepts/impact/analyses (more than 7 years).
  • Strong people skills, project management experience, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with global interaction capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation in PowerBI or Tableau.
