Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical maintenance and experience working with third-party management teams. They will also possess excellent organizational skills and customer relationship abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring attendance calls, meeting SLAs and contractual deadlines. You will also analyze and validate maintenance budgets, and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will be required to hold operational alignment meetings and evaluate the quality of preventive air conditioning maintenance performed. Additionally, you will control and update duct cleaning records and validate the billing process for services.

• Attendance Monitoring: Control and monitor attendance calls to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Degree: A degree in Technical course (Electrical, Electrotechnics, Refrigeration, Labour Safety, Buildings) or superior (Engineering, Administration or related areas).
• Experience: Experience working with third-party management teams and maintenance operations.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills and customer relationship abilities.
