Job Title:

A high-profile opportunity exists for a skilled software developer to spearhead the development of a Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will drive product development, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
  • Collaboration with Product Management is essential to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Developing a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software practices is key.
  • Contributing to technical documentation and automating build and deployment processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines is crucial.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer with React is required.
  • Experience as a Back End Developer with Java is also necessary.
  • Proficiency in Typescript is expected.
  • Experience with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools is highly valued.
  • Knowledge or experience with microservices architecture is beneficial.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience building software in the cloud would be an asset.
  • AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar would be advantageous.
