Job Title: Platform Tech Lead

Overview of the Position

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our internal platforms. This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in platform engineering, infrastructure, and related roles, with experience in observability, workflow orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code. Strong knowledge of Java and Scala is required, along with experience with Kafka and ElasticSearch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize critical internal platforms for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to address performance, observability, and workflow requirements.
  • Improve monitoring capabilities and provide technical leadership to the team.
  • Support workflow orchestration, automation, and platform enhancements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or related roles.
  • Strong experience in observability, workflow orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Expertise in Java and Scala programming languages.
  • Experience with Kafka and ElasticSearch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Nice To Have Skills
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages and tools.
