Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) business unit. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Implement solutions using appropriate technologies, such as APIs, WorkFlows, Lists, and Business Intelligence.
  2. Low-Level Design: Create detailed software LLD documents that outline design specifications.
  3. Application Development: Develop application code according to functional and technical design, methodologies, and standards.
  4. Review and Validation: Review and validate solution design to ensure it covers all technical aspects.
  5. Project Management: Handle project management tasks to build new applications.
  6. SDLC Compliance: Adhere to the organization's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
  7. Integration and Evaluation: Evaluate and validate solution interfaces, integration points, and dependencies.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Statistics.
  2. Technical Experience: Technical experience in relevant fields, including Apex, Python, R, and AppBuilder.
  3. Programming Principles: Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design.
  4. System Enhancement: Experience enhancing existing systems and integrating with newly developed software.
  5. Project Tracking: Proficiency with project tracking software, such as Jira.
  6. Team Collaboration: Experience working as part of a development team.
