Logistics Management Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in building an exemplary logistics process for Brazil transportation line haul.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead surface execution team to ensure optimal carrier performance management, including on-time truck delivery and linehaul impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics for each program, ensuring consistent measurement and accountability.
  • Analyze data from multiple databases and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Create and track new metrics to identify defects and drive improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with external carriers and internal stakeholders, including fulfillment centers, supply chain teams, procurement, finance, and Amazon logistics.
  • Escalate issues or variance in data to relevant owners and teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with carriers to drive continuous improvement and development of large-scale players to meet demand.
  • Select and engage key stakeholders to inform decisions and design long-term solutions for transportation network operations.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to optimize network design, achieving best-in-class cost and customer experience results.
