Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to oversee maintenance team activities, provide necessary support and conditions for operation execution.

  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of maintenance tasks and be able to guide and supervise maintenance services at the base and in the field.
  • They will work closely with the operations team to plan, monitor, and follow up on maintenance activities, generating monthly performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance team.
  • Maintenance procedures will be followed by the team, ensuring equipment operability at a satisfactory level of operation and safety.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating the maintenance database, including equipment numbers, locations, and other relevant information.
  • They will support maintenance material requisitions for purchases and assist in analyzing equipment failures with the operational support team.
  • Ultimately, this role requires someone who can ensure all activities align with company policies, procedures, and objectives, maintaining a good image with clients.
Requirements:
  • A Technical Degree in a related field is essential.
  • The ability to work regular hours and maintain a high level of attendance is required.
  • Experience in field operations and equipment maintenance is preferred.
  • This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.
  • An analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions is crucial.
  • Experience motivating a team and being fluent in English and Portuguese is highly desirable.
