  • Optimize project performance metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively allocate resources to maximize efficiency and reduce costs by at least 10% per project.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer retention, contributing to a minimum of 90% repeat business from existing clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement best practices, improving future project success rates by at least 20%.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience in project management within a B2B startup or marketing agency.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining key performance targets.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Experience in risk management, stakeholder coordination, and customer success strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to analyze project performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency.
