Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team at Halliburton Energy Services. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and overseeing sourcing plans to support manufacturing, field operations, or project management's strategic objectives.

Under broad direction, this position is accountable for implementing and executing Category Management strategy, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and negotiating with suppliers for goods and services not covered under Category Management. You will also develop strategies to improve supplier performance and collaborate with Business Development and Technology to set specifications for products and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, STEM, or a related field
• In-depth market knowledge and cost optimization skills

• Regulatory and compliance awareness
• Project management skills

This role has budgetary accountabilities and directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Advanced procurement certification is preferred.
