This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Medical Equipment Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, handling complaints and malfunction claims, and performing on-site maintenance and repairs.
Job Responsibilities:- Handle customer complaints and malfunction claims in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to customers, sales and marketing colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Perform on-site maintenance and repairs of medical equipment.
- Collect customer feedback and market information during on-site visits.
- Repair and maintain returned medical units.
- Deliver service training to customers and end-users.
- Negotiate with customers on warranty logistics, service contracts, and ordering parts.
- Prepare routine reports and business trip reports for supervisors.
- Assist with stock management administration for parts and equipment.
- At least three years of work experience in the medical services industry.
- Familiarity with local procurement processes for medical organizations.
- Knowledge of online maintenance and repair processes.
- Understanding of industry-related charging standards.
- Technical support experience preferred.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
- Skilled use of computers and office software.
- Familiarity with medical electronics products and clinical applications.
