Job Description

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Finance Analyst to join its Finance Team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting and financial statement analysis, as well as exceptional financial modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Analysis and Strategic Planning
    • Support the finance team in various aspects of financial reporting, FP&A, and strategic planning.
    • Develop forecasts and complex financial models for strategic planning and sensitivity analyses.
    • Prepare rolling forecasts and analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date basis, including YoY metrics, variance analyses, and relevant financial ratios.
    • Build and maintain Excel-driven financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and recommendations.
    • Develop fully integrated financial models, including bottoms-up, top-down, and rolling forecasts, and identify value drivers.
    • Communicate effectively with the finance team and stakeholders.
  • Budgets and Financial Reporting
    • Develop and prepare monthly budget variance reports and variance analysis.
    • Support the finance team in reviewing financial statements and providing analysis on actual and YTD performance.
  • Experience and Professional Skills
    • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, corporate development, or strategic finance.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting.
    • Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience developing clean, detailed Excel models.
    • Strong experience working with large amounts of data and utilizing VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF functions in Excel.
    • Ability to work well in an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM.
    • High level of work ethic, integrity, and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
