Quality Assurance Expert Opportunity

Epic Games is seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team in Brazil. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of testers, developing new processes, and ensuring our software as a service products meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of testing experience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. They will also have 1+ year of professional leadership experience and a solid understanding of test methodologies.

In this role, you will:

  • Shepherd testing process for assigned projects, supervising day-to-day tasking of up to 15 testers.
  • Set expectations for testers, mentor, develop, and evaluate testers on their performance and growth plans.
  • Prioritize testing to meet development deadlines, communicate the status of testing to stakeholders, and escalate issues to the right owners.
  • Ensure team maintains company standard for bug quality and test execution, and improves team processes through feedback.
  • Troubleshoot system and hardware issues to unblock testing.
