AI Solutions Leader
We are seeking an experienced AI professional to lead the development of innovative AI solutions for clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify client needs and develop compelling AI offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions;
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI models;
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey;
- Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
- Optional evangelism through writing, speaking, or mentoring internally;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions;
- Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing, pre-sales support, or agency consulting;
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, or open-source LLMs;
- Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines using tools like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, etc.;
- Strong communication skills to present to executives and business users, explain technical concepts, and tell compelling data stories;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
