Placement Manager Role Overview

The Placement Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of benefits placement processes, ensuring efficient outcomes for clients through market analysis, negotiation, and strategic alignment.

This role involves analyzing client profiles, developing tailored placement strategies, and evaluating proposals based on cost, coverage, and network adequacy. The Placement Manager will also lead negotiations with carriers, validate commercial and technical conditions, and finalize agreements through electronic platforms.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Placement Manager will supervise pipeline performance, ensure data integrity across systems, and present market studies and strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Ability to lead complex workflows and cross-functional teams

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, experience in people management, advanced English, and experience negotiating and advising large health, dental, and life insurance clients.
