- Responsible for executing tasks related to Blueprint requirements, standardization of SAP Localization main topics for Brazil, SAP Customizing/Settings, SAP Notes support to Basis and ABAP teams, unit testing execution, business and user acceptance testing support, transition of requirements to customer stakeholders, key user training, hypercare/stabilization support.
- Accountable for resolving any SAP issues reported by business users and delivering enhancements and upgrade issues as required by business users.
- Leads the end-to-end implementation of SAP DRC NF-e projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Customizes and optimizes SAP DRC solutions to ensure seamless electronic invoicing (NF-e) compliance in Brazil or other supported jurisdictions.
- Ensures accurate integration of SAP DRC with external systems, including government tax portals and legacy systems.
- Provides subject matter expertise on local tax regulations and compliance requirements for e-invoicing.
- Identifies risks and proactively develops mitigation strategies during the project lifecycle.
- Conducts user training, supports issue resolution and provides go-live assistance.
