Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development for large-scale projects in collaboration with partners.
  • Manage partners to meet performance objectives and advance project milestones.
  • Oversee experts across various specialties, including environmental studies, engineering, and transportation.
  • Travel to project sites to meet with partners and stakeholders as needed.
  • Support green energy strategy by staying updated on industry trends and providing reports.
  • Lead regular project update meetings with the team and partners.
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, and KPI dashboards.
  • Assist with project-level accounting and financials.
  • Provide inputs into the techno-economic model used to support project economics.
  • Support discussions with potential partners or offtakers.
  • Coordinate with GIS and engineering to develop project layouts.

Requirements:

Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear-thinking and organizational approach.
  • Knowledge of the full project development lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of green energy is beneficial but not required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required; M.B.A. preferred

Experience: Senior experience required, preferably in project development

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project development and be able to lead cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
