We are seeking a Strategic Procurement Expert to join our team. This role will focus on finding the best suppliers to support our business needs.

About the Role

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for creating detailed purchase orders, managing internal and external customers, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contracts and timelines.
• Manage internal and external customer inquiries related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and add value to the business.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
• Perform tasks within assigned timelines and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of basic transactional procurement experience.
• Understanding of the complete procurement cycle is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar systems for procurement/CRM tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $70,000-$90,000, depending on location and experience.
