Talent Acquisition Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hiring process. You will lead a group of operational leaders, guiding them to achieve their goals and develop strategies that drive optimal results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function
  • Developing and implementing forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process, ensuring employee well-being and growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective
  • Monitoring and managing KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the team
  • Analyzing data to assess and improve Recruiting and Staffing processes

We are seeking experienced leaders who possess a background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting. A hands-on management style with a proactive approach is essential, as is an advanced level of English.
