We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the German Desk to join our team.
- Manage customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests.
- Process customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling.
- Coordinate with suppliers to address delivery delays.
- Communicate essential customer messages to key departments.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2).
- At least 1 year of support experience.
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and within different teams.
- Attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- 20+ vacation days and 2 sick leaves per month.
