Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the German Desk to join our team.

  • Manage customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests.
  • Process customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to address delivery delays.
  • Communicate essential customer messages to key departments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2).
  • At least 1 year of support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and within different teams.
  • Attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented with a strong work ethic.
